1)  Tick a box for each event

2)  Fill in ALL details for you & your partners. Enter ANO, if you don’t know them yet. Let us have details asap

3)  One form will cover a person’s singles entry + all team entries for them

4)  Another form will be required if any partners also wish to enter singles/other

5)  Maximum entries; Mixed Pairs 64; Open Triples 60; Open Singles 98; Ladies Pairs 32; Men’s Pairs 64; U17 Singles 16; U25 Singles 16

6)  Entry closing date is 31/07/27 (when entries are full a reserve list will then be created)

7)  PREFERRED PAYMENT BY; Bank Transfer (state your name); Teignmouth Open Bowls Tournament; Business Account; Sort Code 60-21-47; Account Number 74268252

8)‍ SECONDLY BY; direct payment on this site by Credit or Debit card (this costs us a £% fee)

9) LASTLY BY; cheque, made out to “Teignmouth Open Bowls Tournament” to Ernie Edgcumbe @ 6 Anns Place, Stoke, Plymouth, PL3 4BJ

10) The entry form will generate an e-mail to Ernie Edgcumbe. When the entry fee has been received, you will receive an e-mail, confirming all your entries

11) A pdf copy brochure will emailed to you approx. 2-3 weeks before the start of the tournament. A hard copy can then be collected at your first game

12) GDPR Agreed; Filling in this form you consent to us holding your data. This will never be passed to a 3rd party & only used for e-mail communication & easy mobile contact

13) GDPR Not Agreed; If you do not wish to give us your details, you can opt out. You can still enter, but you will need to keep in contact with us to receive final details
