Entry Form - 2026

HOW TO ENTER

1)     Please tick the boxes for each event you are entering

2)     Please fill in ALL of your details (required fields)

3)     Please fill in the details of your playing partners (again ALL required fields)

4)     If you don’t know your partner/s yet please put “ANO” in each required field box (we will need their details, please, by the end of July, latest)

5)     This form can be used for multiple entries. Please clearly indicate team combinations

6)     If you are filling in as a parent/guardian of an Under 18 please tick the box provided

7)     Maximum available entries currently are; Mixed Pairs 64; Open Triples 54; Open Singles 102; Ladies Pairs 28; Men’s Pairs 72; Under “25” Singles 24

8)     Entry closing date is 31/07/26 (or when entries are full. A waiting list will then be kept)

9)     Please pay by Bank Transfer (clearly indicating your name); Teignmouth Open Bowls Tournament; Business Account; Sort Code 60-21-47; Account Number 74268252

10) Alternatively, please send a cheque, made out to “Teignmouth Open Bowls Tournament” to Ernie Edgcumbe at; 6 Ann’s Place, Stoke, Plymouth, PL3 4BJ

11) Once the entry form is done it will generate an e-mail to Ernie Edgcumbe. When the treasurer (Stuart Evans) confirms your entry fee has been received, you will then receive an e-mail, from Ernie Edgcumbe, confirming all your entries

12) Please note that eventually we plan to add on-line payment, at the point of on-line entry, to our website & therefore confirmation will be done simultaneously

13) A brochure will then be sent to you, approx. 2 weeks before the start of the tournament

14) GDPR Agreed; By filling in this form you are consenting to The Teignmouth Tournament holding your data. Your details will never be passed to a 3rd party. It will be used as follows; 1) E-mail for communication each year 2) Mobile number for easy contact, when necessary 3) Home address to post you a brochure.

15) GDPR Not Agreed; If you do not wish to give us your details, you can opt out. You can still enter, but you will need to contact one of The TT committee direct to give us full details of your entry.
