Entry Form - 2026

TEIGNMOUTH TOURNAMENT (The TT) 6TH-13TH SEPT. 2026 Easy Entry Steps

1)     Please tick the boxes for each event you are entering

2)     Please fill in ALL of yours, & your playing partners, details

3)     If you don’t know your partners yet, please enter ANO, & let us have details by mid July

4)     One form will cover a person’s singles entry + all team entries they wish to enter.

5)     Another form will be required if any of partners on that form wish to enter singles/other

6)     We are working on this to see if we can sort a “one form only” to suit all solution

7)     Maximum entries; Mixed Pairs 64; Open Triples 60; Open Singles 102; Ladies Pairs 28; Men’s Pairs 72; U25 Singles 24

8)     Entry closing date is 31/07/26 (or when entries are full. A waiting list will then be kept)

9)     Please pay by Bank Transfer (stating your name); Teignmouth Open Bowls Tournament; Business Account; Sort Code 60-21-47; Account Number 74268252

10) Alternatively, please send a cheque, made out to “Teignmouth Open Bowls Tournament” to Ernie Edgcumbe @ 6 Anns Place, Stoke, Plymouth, PL3 4BJ

11) The entry form will generate an e-mail to Ernie. When your entry fee has been received, you will then receive an e-mail, from Ernie, confirming all your entries

12) Please note that we will soon have on-line payment, by credit/debit card set up, at the point of on-line entry, & therefore confirmation will be done simultaneously with entry

13) A brochure will then be sent to you, approx. 2 weeks before the start of the tournament

14) GDPR Agreed; By filling in this form you consent to The TT holding your data. This will never be passed to a 3rd party. It will only be used for e-mail communication, easy mobile contact, & posting brochures

15) GDPR Not Agreed; If you do not wish to give us your details, you can opt out. You can still enter, but you will need to keep in contact with us to receive final details
